An Academy on “Intellectual Property, Ethics & the Utilization of Academic Research in Health/Life Sciences” designed for researchers, entrepreneurs and technology transfer professionals of the Health/Life Sciences field is taking place from 10-14 March 2014 at University of Gothenburg, Gothenburg, Sweden. The training programme is offered free of charge and tailored by three of Europe’s leading higher education institutions: University of Gothenburg (Sweden), SKEMA Business School (France) and IE University (Spain).
The academy is organized through the Health-2-Market project an initiative supported by the European Commission / Health DG (http://health2market.eu/). During the next 2 years they plan to deliver to researchers a range of well-focused training activities as well as provide individual advice and support services on a wide range of commercialisation topics (including patenting/asset management, start-ups, business planning, etc.).
